Key responsibilities involve preparing surfaces, mixing plaster compounds, and applying multiple coats to achieve smooth or textured finishes. They use hand tools (trowels, floats) to level and finish surfaces, install plasterboard, and carry out repairs to existing plasterwork. A core function is ensuring evenness, strong adhesion, and crack-free surfaces, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
