1. Nature of Services

1.1 UK Job Hunters provides professional support services to individuals who wish to pursue opportunities under the UK Skilled Worker Visa route.

1.2 Our services include, but are not limited to:

• CV refinement and optimisation.
• Creation of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) friendly CVs.
• Free access to our database of licensed sponsorship companies and eligible occupation codes.
• Sponsor licence verification tools.
• Guidance on visa requirements and related processes.

1.3 We are not a recruitment agency. We do not provide direct job placements, introductions to employers, or guarantee employment.

2. Website Use

2.1 You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

2.2 You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful material.

2.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe there has been a breach of these Terms.

3. Service Packages and Payments

3.1 We offer four service packages:

• Monthly Plan – £150 (recurring monthly).
• Quarterly Plan – £300 (recurring every 3 months).
• Saver Plan – £350(discounted to £295) (one-time payment).
• Premium Plan – £1,500 (includes solicitor fees, one-time payment).

3.2 Subscriptions (Monthly and Quarterly) are recurring payments. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the stated intervals until you cancel.

3.3 One-time payment plans (Saver and Premium) are charged once only at the time of purchase.

3.4 All payments are processed through approved payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Cancellation and Termination

4.1 You may cancel a subscription (Monthly or Quarterly) at any time by providing at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date.

4.2 Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@ukjobhunters.com.

4.3 One-time payment packages cannot be cancelled once services have begun.

5. Cooling-Off Rights

5.1 If you purchase services online, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5.2 If you choose to access our services immediately, you acknowledge that the cooling-off period will end once the services begin.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this website (text, graphics, databases, logos, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to UK Job Hunters.

6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties regarding completeness or suitability.

7.2 We provide support services only. We do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, visa approval, or specific outcomes.
